Countdowns, dates, age, anniversaries, and IP local time in one place.
Use this page when you need a fast countdown, a date difference, an age in days, a workday estimate, or the approximate local time connected to a public IP address.
IP Local Time Finder
Enter a public IP address, or leave it empty to detect the current device's public IP. The result shows approximate location, timezone, and a live digital clock for that timezone.
Check the time behind an IP address
This is useful when you are checking server logs, VPN exits, remote team locations, or a visitor region. IP geolocation is approximate, especially for mobile networks and IPv6.
This tool only needs a public IP address. It does not use GPS or exact device location.

When to use these time tools
Use the countdown timer for product launches, deposit deadlines, trip planning, and publishing schedules. Use date difference and business day calculations when planning sample lead time, inspection windows, or client delivery dates. Use IP local time when a server log, website visitor, VPN exit, or remote contact only gives you an IP address.
Common time calculation mistakes
- Assuming IP geolocation is exact. It is approximate and may show the ISP region.
- Forgetting that countdowns use the device timezone unless a timezone is specified.
- Mixing calendar days with business days when planning production or shipping.
- Counting an anniversary from the wrong original date.
- Using date calculators as legal, payroll, tax, or customs advice. Treat results as planning estimates.
FAQ
Can the IP time tool show an exact physical location?
No. IP lookup can estimate country, region, city, ISP, and timezone, but it cannot guarantee exact physical location.
Why can two devices show the same IP address?
If they use the same Wi-Fi, office network, VPN, or carrier gateway, they may share the same public IP address. Testing one device on mobile data and another on Wi-Fi usually shows the difference more clearly.
Are business days the same in every country?
No. This tool excludes weekends only. It does not know public holidays, local workweeks, or company calendars.
